Delivery Type

Express Delivery *

a) Orders placed between 00:00 am till 15:00 pm shall be processed on the same day except Sunday and National Holidays

b) Orders placed between 15:01 pm till 23:59 pm shall be processed on the next working day.

• Timelines mentioned above are indicative and may change depending on number of orders, availability of products, Delivery partners Pin-code serviceability

Normal Delivery:-

a) Shipment dispatch shall be done on next working day after Cancellation timelines defined under Order Cancellation section

Delivery Period

• Education Centre delivery will be executed to your registered Education Centre only, if you wish to change the education centre then you can change by visiting below link https://www.atomy.com/in/Home/MyInfo/MyInfoins
  Education Centre change request can be done any time but Education Centre change shall take place on only 1st and 16th of Every month.
• Before placing order kindly check Education Centre in https://www.atomy.com/in/Home/MyInfo/MyInfoins. If Education Centre name mentioned “My account” and delivery address for Education Centre is same then only place the order.
• If orders are placed at previous allocated Education Centre and shipment delivered to that Education Centre, then Atomy India shall not be liable for delivery movement.
• Atomy India shall send combined shipment to Education Centre based on below criteria, so Delivery time to Education Centre would take longer than regular delivery
  • Min 4,500 Rs orders shall be delivered in shipment and/or,
  • Max 10 days orders shall be combined

Packaging

• Packing material like Carton box and Paper fillers shall not be same as Individual Delivery since orders will be combined based on above criteria

Delivery Coverage

• Distributors are requested to visit Education Centre during working hours of Education Centre for picking your shipment. Education Centre Leader shall not deliver shipment at your address. For finding Education Centre working hours and days, kindly visit Atomy India Website
• Atomy India shall be not be liable for misplacement or damage of shipment during handover process, if shipment is not picked within 5 days from date of delivery to Education Centre
• Product return policy applicability for Education delivery shall be same as mentioned on the website https://www.atomy.com/in/Home/Business/ProductReturnPolicy
• Packing material like Carton box, Paper Fillers or Shopping bags shall not be provided by Education Centre Leaders/Atomy India separately to carry your shipment

Timings

Self pick up from Atomy India warehouse shall be done with in 5 days from the date of order placement

Conditions

• Self pick up shall be done within
  • *working hours i.e 9 am to 5:30 pm
  • *working days i.e Monday to Saturday (Except Sundays and National Holidays)
• Kindly cross check Quantity and Product details before picking the shipment
• No product damage or exchange shall be entertained after shipment is picked
• Self pick shall be done by respective Buyer only, if other than Buyer shall be coming for self pick up then authorization letter /consent mail to be sent to atomy_in@atomypark.com one day prior to self pick up date
• Buyer and/or receiver need to submit self-attested Govt. ID card copy and provide necessary information related to Atomy Distributorship and registered Mobile number
